The four-volume set comprising LNCS volumes 2350/2351/2352/2353 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th European Conference on Computer Vision, ECCV 2002, held in Copenhagen, Denmark, in May 2002.

The 226 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of around 600 submissions. The four books offer topical sections on active and real-time vision, image features, visual motion, surface geometry, grouping and segmentation, stereoscopic vision, structure from motion, shape, object recognition, color and shading, vision systems, statistical learning, robot vision, and calibration.
